Michael is a German and Italian-qualified lawyer with over three decades of experience in cross-border litigation and transactional work. His practice spans complex transactions, arbitration, and litigation in both jurisdictions. Drawing on extensive academic and practical expertise, he advises businesses, insurance companies, and private clients on matters at the intersection of German and Italian law. In addition to his legal practice, he contributes regularly to professional journals and serves in various institutional roles within the German-Italian community in Milan.
